Changing File Name and Location

Once in a while, you may need to change a file's name and / or location.  Easy Link automatically handles your changes behind the scene.

Changing Drawing Name and / or Location

You may need to change a drawing's name and / or location after you have added Links and Bookmarks to it.

Easy Link will automatically recognize the change and point all the related Links and Bookmarks to the new file.  All you need to do is open the drawing and access the Easy Link main window.

Compared with the built-in Visio Hyperlink utility, Easy Link gives you the flexibility of renaming or moving your linked files while keeping your links and bookmarks alive.

Importing Files

When importing a file, Easy Link will change all the related Links to point to the new file location.  For example, you have two links that both point to a file "C:\MyFile.doc", they will point to "C:\My Repository\MyFile.doc" after you import the file.
