Saving Changes to Your Visio Drawing

Easy Link may add information to your Visio drawing.  Therefore remember to save your drawing once you have finished working with Easy Link. 

Microsoft Visio will prompt you for saving your changes if you forget to do so before closing the drawing. Click the Save button even though you have not made any changes directly via Visio.  Failed to do so may make your Links and Bookmarks unusable later on.

Information added to your drawing:

1. Modification to the Data Fields: Please click here for details

2. Other information to extend Visio's functionality, such as to add Data Fields to a Page or to uniquely identify a shape even if you rename it.

The modification is restricted to the drawing itself only and is not visible.  The amount of the information is minimal.  There is no Macro added to your drawing.
