Links and Bookmarks List
The "Links and Bookmarks" list shows:
All the Links
belonging to the Current Item, for example a
"Diamond" Shape in drawing file "C:\My Repository\Proposal.vsd" - as
displayed on the window's title bar.
All the Bookmarks
belonging to the current Repository, for
example "Jump back to top" that belongs to the current drawing and "Jump to
drawing 'Products and Services'" that belongs to a different drawing - as illustrated
on this window display.
Understanding the Scope Display
Easy Link uses a single character (such as "*") to show where an
Item or file belongs to. Please click here

Sorting the Display
You can click the header to sort the display by different criteria, such
as Description.
Buttons and Menu
Add: To add
a File Link or Bookmark.
Edit: To edit
a Link or Bookmark.
Delete: To delete a Link or Bookmark.
Show: To show the Link or Bookmark. Please click here for more
information.
Goto: To go to the Item itself. In other words, to use a
Link as a Bookmark. This is useful when you have clicked a Bookmark to go
somewhere and now you want to go back to the current Item.
Save: To save the Data Fields' information. Please click here for more information.
Remove: To remove the display on the File tab.
Close: To close this window
Help: To show this online help
The Action Menu
The Action menu gives you easy access to all the functions that the
buttons offer. You can click your right mouse button on a row to show the Action
menu.
The Data and File Tabs
The  tab is used for Data Fields. Please click here for more information
The  tab is used to show a file on the Tab.

Checkboxes
Show File Link on This Window: To show a linked file on the File tab
instead of a separate window. Please click here for more
information.
Hide Me to Show: To hide this window when showing a Link or Bookmark.
Show Only: To hide the editing buttons.
Using a Different Repository
You can use a different Repository by double clicking the Repository
display  . Please click here for more information about
Repository.
Changing File Name and Location
Easy Link automatically handles the file name and location changes.
