Using Amazing Visio Toolbar and Shortcut Menu

Amazing Visio automatically adds a set of toolbar and menu items when your Visio starts:

  1. Toolbar items are added to the Amazing Visio toolbar of your Visio:
    visio_EasyLink_Toolbar.PNG (738 bytes)

  2. Menu items are added to the Shortcut Menu of your Visio:
    visio_EasyLink_Menu.PNG (1568 bytes)

Where:

visio_EasyPublishIcon.PNG (235 bytes) To start Easy Publish

visio_EasyMergeIcon.PNG (235 bytes) To start Easy Merge

To start Easy Link:

visio_EasyLink_FileLink.PNG (213 bytes) To show the Easy Link main window

visio_EasyLink_ItemLink.PNG (349 bytes) To define an Item Link

visio_EasyLink_Repository.PNG (270 bytes) To choose a Repository

visio_EasyLink_Package.PNG (330 bytes) visio_EasyLink_UnPackage.PNG (336 bytes) To create / restore a Package

Showing Your Toolbar

To show your toolbar if it's not visible:

  1. Click your right mouse button on the menu bar background, i.e. anywhere around a menu item

  2. Choose Amazing Visio from the popup menu

To show the toolbar if only part of the icons are visible:

  1. Drag the next toolbar to the right to make more room

  2. Or drag the Amazing Visio toolbar down to the next row

  3. Check this window to ensure that you didn't hide them by accident
