Trouble Shooting - "An Exception Occurred"

This may occur if your Windows Regional Options has been set to a non-English option.   To fix it:

1. Click the Windows Start button
2. Choose menu Control Panel
3. Double click icon Regional and Language Options
4. Choose one of the English options
5. Click the OK button
