The Easy Publish Advantage

Easy Publish does large amount of work that's hard or impossible for you to do with Visio directly.  It turns the challenging endeavor of publishing your drawing online into a hassle-free, enjoyable process.  More importantly, it offers better user experiences and makes your online drawing more informative and intuitive.

After you get ready to publish your drawing with the main window, you can choose Web from this list visio_EasyPublish_Destination.PNG (990 bytes) and then click the  visio_EasyPublish_Publish.PNG (440 bytes) button to show this window:

You can simply choose a File Folder and then press the Go button to generate the Web pages, or choose different options to  customize your display.

  • Go: To generate Web pages and view the results
  • Close: To close this window
