You can easily customize the display for both the current drawing and all the drawings in the future:

  1. Everything is template-driven.  You can add / modify these templates as any regular Web pages.  Please click here for details.

  2. You can use your own Icons for Print and Previous / Next buttons.

Visio's Save as Web Page
The templates are regular Web pages that you can easily change their look and feel or add new contents. What’s generated is what you get.  What you can change is minimal, such as colors.
The Web pages generated have fixed names (Drawing_AMZ_Page.html) that you can access from your own Web pages.

  1. Web page names are produced with sequence numbers.  Inserting a page or changing the page order will change the names.

  2. Accessing any page other than the frame page will generate an error.
No frames: No frames are used in any generated Web pages.

Web pages are all frame-based. If your organization does not allow frames, or if you have your own frames already, too bad.
