Defining Popup Window Display

You can specify different options for the Custom Properties popup window display.  Click this button visio_EasyPublish_Web_ShowDetailsButton.PNG (337 bytes) on the Publish Tab, this window shows:

Main Options

Menu Description: The menu item text on the SmartMenu

Template: To choose a template for your display.  Please click here for details.

Location

visio_EasyPublish_Web_UseBrowserDefault.PNG (498 bytes): To use the browser's default location.  In other words, do not specify any location options.

Left / Top:
visio_EasyPublish_Web_Left.PNG (1266 bytes)

  • Centered: To center the window
  • Percent / Pixel: The offset from the left / top corner of the screen

Width / Height:
visio_EasyPublish_Web_Width.PNG (977 bytes)

  • Percent: The percentage of the screen
  • Pixel: The absolute size

Smiley_01.gif (634 bytes) Tips:

  1. Choose Centered to automatically center the window
  2. Use Percent to automatically adjust for different screen resolutions

Additional Options

Always Use New Window: Use a new browser window instead of any existing one

Window Resizable: To allow the user to change the size of the window

Show Address Bar: To show the address bar for entering a different Web address

Show Scroll Bar: To show the scroll bars

Show Toolbar: To show different icons on the toolbar

Show Menu: To show the menus, such as for printing

Show Status Bar: To show the status bar at the bottom of the browser window

Buttons

  • OK: To save the changes and close this window
  • Cancel: To close this window without saving the changes
  • Help: To show this online help
