The Display Tab

Use this tab to define the display options for publishing online:

Main Options

Template: To choose a template for your displayClick here for details.

Show Hyperlink as Popup: To show hyperlinks on the SmartMenu with a separate window instead of replacing the current window.

Multiple Pages

Page Indexes from Top to Bottom: To display the page indexes (please refer to Index Type) from top to  bottom instead of from left to right.  Choose this option if your template shows the page indexes on the left or right side of the page picture.

Index Type: The type of the page indexes.  Please click here for some examples.

Picture Size: The size of the index picture.  Choose a value from the list or enter your own.

Maximum Indexes on Page: The number of indexes per page.  Choose a value from the list or enter your own.

Use Previous / Next Buttons: To use buttons instead of texts. 

visio_EasyPublish_Web_NextButton.PNG (978 bytes):  The Previous / Next Button.   Click the button to choose a new one, where:

  • Default Folder: To choose from the default folder
  • Current Folder: To browse to a different folder to use what you have created

Smiley_03.gif (675 bytes) Tip: Buttons are named with Left, Right, Top, and Bottom as part of their names.  For example  amzButton_Right_8_16.gif is a right arrow with the size of 8 by 16 pixels.   Choose one of them to tell Easy Link which group you like to use.  Use these keywords as part of your buttons as well when you create your own.

Generate View All Page:  To generate a page with all the page indexes, such as this one.

visio_EasyPublish_Web_ViewAll.PNG (3948 bytes): Choose the display format (Number, Page Name, or Picture) and their size.  The picture size is relevant to the page index picture size.

Show Page Number with Page Title: To show the sequential number of a page, and optionally the total number of pages, as part of the page title.
