The Publish Tab

Use this tab to define the major options for publishing online:

Publish To

File Folder: To specify a folder to keep the generated files (such as Web pages and pictures).

visio_EasyPublish_Folders.PNG (651 bytes) Choose Drawing Folder to put all the files where your drawing is, or choose Current Folder to pick up a different one.

For more information on using the file folder, please refer to Deploying Published Files.

File Extension: To specify the file extension.

visio_EasyPublish_Extension.PNG (638 bytes) Choose one from this list or define your own.  For example you may use ASP or JSP if you intend to merge the generated pages with your own Web contents.

Options

Show Default Hyperlink as Bold: To show the default hyperlink with bold font on the SmartMenu.   Click here for details.

Show Details (Custom Properties): To show the Custom Properties of each shape.  Please click here for details.

Link to Visio Drawings as Web Pages: To convert the links to Visio drawings into links to Web pages.  This is useful when you publish multiple Visio drawings that are linked to each other.  Please click here for details.

Page Size: To enlarge or reduce the page display.   For example, 50% to reduce the display to half.
