Using Format Painter to Apply the Nice Look And Feel of Amazing
Visio Shapes to Your Shapes
Amazing Visio offers a set of commonly used shapes. You can easily
use the Format Painter to make any shape in your drawing look the same as an Amazing Visio
shape:

Insert an Amazing Visio shape into the drawing. Change its look
and feel if you prefer.
Click the Format Painter icon on the Format toolbar. A
brash is added to your mouse pointer.
Tip: To format more than one
shape, double click (i.e. to quickly click your left mouse
button twice) the Format Painter instead. The brash will stay at your mouse pointer
and you will be able to click as many shapes as you want to change them one by one.
Press the Esc key to get rid of the brash and return to the normal edit mode when you are
finished.
Click your shape. Now the shape looks the
same as the Amazing Visio Shape. The brash is no longer on the mouse pointer.
